All our units are smoke-free. An additional charge may be made to guest’s account when this is not adhered to. An ashtray is placed outside each unit.

COOKING

In the interest of future guests, cooking of any seafood or strong smelling food such as curries or highly spiced foods is not permitted. Any extra cleaning charges to remove food odours from soft furnishings are the responsibility of the registered guest and may include extra room nights if unit is unsaleable, plus any debt collection fees. Please air out the space to stop fire alarms while they sound due to cooking smoke.

CAR PARKING

Parking in the courtyard is ideal for smaller vehicles to back into for easy departure. Undercover parking is also available at the rear of the motel and further parking around the exterior of the complex.

SECURITY

It is advised you are responsible for your personal properties and keep any valuable out of sight. The motel is not liable to any loss or damage of your personal property. 

 

ROOM SERVICE

Our units are serviced daily (unless arrangements have been made for long-term guests) and we will endeavor to service by mid-day. Please note the beds with possessions on will NOT be made.

 

BEDDING

There are spare pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Should you require more bedding, please ask at reception.

 

TOWELS

If you require more, please ask at reception.

LAUNDRY

Guest laundry is located on the ground floor by the stairway next to unit 9.

WASHING MACHINE

$2.00 per load. Soap powder is available at reception for $1.00 per pack.

DRYER

$2.00 per load. A cloth line is located at the rear of the laundry for your use.

Iron and ironing board are provided in all units.

BAGGAGE

You may store your baggage at reception if required.

COT & HIGHCHAIR

PETS

NO pets are allowed in all units.

DAMAGE

Any damage or breakage MUST be reported immediately. You are liable for any damage or losses caused during your staying.

HEATER:

Please do not leave heaters on in empty rooms and do not use heater to dry your clothes. Any cost caused will be at your cost.

ANYTHING NOT WORKING

If you find a switch that doesn’t go or something that needs attention, please do not hesitate to mention it at reception, to the cleaning staff or leave a note.
